Can managers only see their own people?
Yes. Report access follows your reporting lines and sites, so a store manager sees their store and a regional head sees their region.
How fresh is the data?
Reports update as learners finish lessons and quizzes. Scheduled reports use the data at the moment they are sent.
Can we report on SCORM courses?
Yes. SCORM completions and scores appear in the same reports as courses built in Oshienders.
