How it works
Four steps, start to finish
- 1
Create a session
Pick a date, room or link, trainer and seat limit.
- 2
Fill seats
Invite people directly or let a learning path enrol them.
- 3
Take attendance
QR code, join time or roll call, saved to each learner's record.
- 4
Follow up
Recording, slides and feedback go out after the class.
A first aid class on the shop floor and a webinar for managers end up in the same report.

Questions about Live Classes
The things HR, L&D and compliance teams ask us before they move their training over.
Which meeting tools work with Live Classes?
Paste any online meeting link. Join and leave times can be imported from common meeting platforms for attendance.
Can attendance count towards compliance?
Yes. A live session can complete a compliance requirement, for example an in-person fire drill, with the attendance record saved.
Can external trainers use it?
Yes. Invite them as trainers with access only to their own sessions and rosters.
