- 02Day-by-day and week-by-week steps
- 03Courses, SCORM, live classes, documents and check-ins in one path

- 05
Growth paths
Paths for first-time managers, shift leads or sales promotions, opened when a role changes.
- 06
Path insights
See where people slow down or drop off and which steps take longer than planned.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish
- 1
Pick a role
Start from a role profile or an existing path and name the outcome, such as 'ready to work a till alone'.
- 2
Add steps
Drag in courses, classes and check-ins and set when each one opens and is due.
- 3
Set the rules
Choose who receives the path automatically, from HRMS fields or a CSV.
- 4
Watch it run
New joiners are enrolled on their own. Managers see their people's progress each week.
When someone joins or changes role, the right path is already waiting for them.

Questions about Learning Paths
The things HR, L&D and compliance teams ask us before they move their training over.
Can one person be on more than one path?
Yes. A new store manager can be on the company onboarding path and the store manager path at the same time, and shared courses count once.
What happens if a course in the path is updated?
You choose whether people who already finished it must retake the new version or only new learners get it.
Can managers build paths?
Admins decide. You can let managers create paths for their own teams or only assign paths that HR and L&D have built.
