01Drafts come only from your material
AI drafts courses only from the documents, slides and videos your organisation uploads. It does not add facts from outside sources.
02A person approves every course
Every AI-drafted course, and every language version of it, is reviewed and approved by a trainer your organisation names before any learner can see it.
The approval, the reviewer and the version are recorded in the audit log.
03Every lesson shows its source
Each AI-drafted lesson lists the document and page numbers it came from, so reviewers can check facts quickly. Passages the AI could not ground in the source are flagged.
04Scores are for learning
Quiz scores, certificates and skill levels are meant to support learning and certification. They should not be used on their own to make hiring, promotion or dismissal decisions.
05Your content stays yours
Company content is never used to train models for other customers. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold.
AI model providers we use are contractually bound not to train on your content or keep it beyond what is needed to process each request.
06Accessible and inclusive by default
Drafts use plain language at the reading level you choose, include captions for video, and can be produced in the languages your people speak.
Reviewers can flag biased or unclear wording, and we use those reports, without your content, to improve our drafting rules.
07Report a concern
If you see an AI output that is wrong, unsafe or unfair, use the report option in the editor or write to us through the contact page.
