Refund Policy

Every edition starts with a 14-day free trial with no card needed, so you can build courses and invite learners before any charge.

Monthly plans are charged for active learners in the month that has just ended, so you only pay for use that has already happened. These charges are not refundable.

You can cancel at any time and no further charges will be made after the current month.

If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of the first payment, we refund the full amount paid for that term.

After 30 days, yearly fees are not refundable, but you keep full access until the end of the paid term.

If you reduce the number of committed learners mid-term, the change applies from the next renewal.

If a serious problem on our side prevents your organisation from using the service for a sustained period, we will offer a credit or a pro-rated refund for the affected time.

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, tell us within 60 days and we will correct it and refund any overpayment.

Send a request through the contact page with your workspace name and invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
