01Who controls learner data
When a company uses the platform to train its people, that company decides which learners to add and what training to assign. For that learner data the company is the data fiduciary or controller, and we process it on the company's instructions under our customer agreement.
For information you send us directly through this website, such as a signup or a contact note, we decide how it is used and are responsible for it.
02Information we collect
Account details: name, work email, role, company, department, site and similar fields supplied by you or your HR system.
Learning records: courses assigned, lessons opened, quiz answers and scores, attempts, certificates, live class attendance and completion dates.
Company content: documents, slide decks, videos and SCORM packages uploaded to build courses, and the courses created from them.
Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, log events and cookies needed to keep you signed in and the service secure.
Website forms: the details you enter on the signup and contact pages, such as name, work email, company and the training topics you mention.
03How we use it
To run the service: deliver courses, record progress, issue certificates, send reminders and produce reports for the people your organisation authorises.
To build courses with AI: uploaded company content is processed to draft lessons, quizzes, summaries and translations for that same company only.
To support and secure the service: troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse and keep audit logs.
To reply to you: when you sign up or write to us, we use your details to create your workspace, send login information and answer your questions.
04AI processing
Company content is never used to train AI models for other customers. It is used only to create and update that company's own courses.
AI-drafted courses are not published until a reviewer chosen by the company approves them. Each AI-drafted lesson shows the source pages it came from.
Quiz scores and skill levels are intended for learning and certification. They should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion or dismissal decisions.
06Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access by our staff is limited to what is needed to support customers and is logged.
Organisations can enable single sign-on, control admin roles and review audit logs of who created, edited, approved and assigned each course.
07Retention
Learning records are kept for as long as the organisation's account is active, or for the period the organisation sets for compliance needs.
When an organisation closes its account, its content and learner data are deleted within 90 days, except where we must keep limited records by law.
Website form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage the customer relationship.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you.
If you are a learner, please contact your organisation's administrator first, as they control your training records. You can also write to us through the contact page and we will help or pass your request to them.
10Contact
For any privacy question or request, please write to us through the contact page and mention 'Privacy' in your note.
