Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the learning platform and this website. By creating a workspace or using the platform, your organisation agrees to them. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

01The service

The platform lets organisations build courses with AI, assign learning paths, run quizzes and compliance training, schedule live classes, map skills and report on progress.

Features available to you depend on your edition: Paperback, Hardcover or Library Edition, as described on the pricing page or in your order.

02Accounts

Your organisation is responsible for the people it adds as administrators, trainers, reviewers and learners, and for keeping login details secure.

Tell us promptly through the contact page if you believe an account has been used without permission.

03Your content

Your organisation keeps all rights to the documents, videos and other material it uploads, and to the courses created from them.

You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you, including AI drafting and translation for your workspace.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

04AI-drafted courses

AI drafts can contain mistakes. Your organisation is responsible for reviewing and approving each course before it is published, and for the accuracy of what it teaches.

Ready-made compliance courses are starting points and are not legal advice. Have them reviewed by your legal or compliance team before use.

05Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material, to attempt to access other customers' data, to disrupt the service, or to reverse engineer it.

Do not use quiz scores or skill levels from the platform as the only basis for decisions about hiring, promotion or dismissal.

06Fees and billing

Fees are charged per active learner per month at the rate for your edition and billing period. An active learner is anyone who signs in at least once during a calendar month.

Monthly plans are billed in arrears for active learners. Yearly plans are billed in advance for the committed number of learners, with any excess billed at the end of each quarter.

Prices exclude applicable taxes. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after written notice.

07Free trial

Each new workspace includes a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the workspace becomes read-only until a paid edition is chosen. Content is kept for 30 days after the trial ends.

08Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times, apart from planned maintenance which we announce in advance where possible. Support levels depend on your edition.

09Ending the agreement

Your organisation may stop using the service at any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the current month; yearly plans end at the close of the paid term.

Before closing, administrators can export courses, learning records and certificates. Data is deleted within 90 days after closure.

10Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify administrators of material changes before they apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
