Anyone who signs in at least once in a calendar month. Admins, trainers and reviewers who do not take courses are not counted as learners.
When you pass the learner limit for your edition, we let you know and you can move up. Your courses, paths and records move with you, nothing is rebuilt.
Yes. Every edition starts with a 14-day free trial with no card needed. You can build courses, invite learners and run reports during the trial.
